Mac builds
Oh, and just on a quick note:
Thanks to PeterW and Mortimer, Mac packages are available for the new version, too. The link is modestly standing on the right side of the download page.

The mac ports doesn´t work on my macbook
It´s an old white one: coreduo 1,8ghz
Is it my problem or is the macbook too old?
(sry for my bad english)
Hmm, aren’t all macbooks white?
Could you be more specific, which macbook exactly? Also, which version of MacOSX are you using? Do you get any type of error message?
Using the first generation Macbook with intel cpu
Its the white one with a core duo (not core2duo!) and 1,8ghz 2gb Ram
I´m using mac OSx 10.6.8
when i open the downloaded package, the Clonk App is crossed and if i double click it, it says this is not executable on this type of mac. Normally messages like this appears if you want to launch a ppc (old mac architecture) program on an Intel mac or if the build is for a newer version of Macosx (for example 10.7 lion).
But this should be an intel application and i dont see why it shouldn´t work on 10.6
The funny thing is that the windows version runs under a Virtual maschine on the mac. So the Mac can´t be too old to run the game.
Thanks for the reply Newton.
Perhaps somebody could ask the compiler of the mac version if its an 10.7 only application.
Looks to me more like the mac build was done for 64-bit processors only. (I’m in the 32-bit macbook club as well.)
David: Yes, MarkR is right. The mac version is built for 64bit machines. I thought since Apple switched from PPC to Intel they always used 64bit. Oh well, I am not such a big Mac crack, I will ask our mac specialist about a 32bit version.
PeterW created a binary that works both on 32 and 64bit Mac systems. Try to redownload the package.
Thanks very much the new version works fine.
But now i´m searching for the Editor in the mac version?
in the 2.0 release news was an editor for os x announced.

Thanks for the OS X port of Clonk,
the only thing I missed is the GamePad support (I use a Logitech Rumble Pad today).
